All returns and exchanges are handled through our online return portal. Enter your order number and the email address used at checkout, select the item(s) you want to return, choose your return reason, then choose refund or free exchange. Confirm your selection and you'll receive a prepaid return label by email. Print it, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest carrier service point. The whole process takes about 2–3 minutes.
