To register your return, you need to enter your order number in the return portal.
You can find your order number in either of these places:
- In your order confirmation email: Your order number is shown in the email you received after completing your order.
- On the return information paper included with your order: Your order number is labelled “Reference Number.”
Please enter the number shown as your order number or “Reference Number” in the return portal.
