How to return.

At Arkk Copenhagen, we offer a 14-day return policy from the day the package is received. If the 14-day return period is exceeded, we can offer a discount code equivalent to the product amount. 

How to return:

1. Fill out the return form that you have received with your order. 
2. Pack the product securely as received. 
3. Attach the return label to the package. 
4. Drop off the package at the nearest parcel shop. 

Remember to get a receipt for the dropp-off, as your are responsible for the package until we receive it at our warehouse. 

We offer free returns or prepaid return labels to most of Europe.

When using our prepaid return label, a fee will be deducted from your order.

Applies only orders with DHL. 

If you for any reason have not received a prepaid return label with the order please contact our customer support on the email address mentioned below. 

Orders shipped with GLS must book return shipments themselves.
