It typically takes up to 14 business days for your return to reach our warehouse, depending on which country you're shipping from. We register the returned item first, and only then send your new item or process your refund.
For exchanges, your new item ships right after we register the return, and you'll get an email with a new tracking number at that point.
For refunds, once it's issued, it usually takes a few additional business days for the payment to reach your account (timing depends on your bank).
