Yes. When you start your exchange in the return portal, you're not limited to swapping sizes — you can choose any other item, as long as it's in stock. If it costs less, we refund the difference; if it costs more, you only pay the price difference, never a logistics fee.
If the size or item you want isn't available, you have three options in the portal:
- Choose an alternative item
- Convert your return into a refund (standard return fee applies)
- Contact our customer service team for help finding an alternative
