If you have chosen home delivery and the shipping company has been unable to deliver your package, it will automatically be sent to the nearest parcel shop. You will receive a new SMS or email with pickup details.
*Please note that if the courier does not find anyone at the address for delivery, the package will be sent to the nearest parcel shop. You will subsequently receive notification for pickup.
**Please note that we do not refund the shipping cost for home delivery if the courier has been unable to deliver your package.
For delivery to a parcel shop, you have 7 days to pick up your package. If the package is not collected within this period, it will automatically be returned to our warehouse, where it will be refunded.
