Returns will be accepted for up to 14 days of customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items.

The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the sneaker(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
Please remember, as a customer you are responsible for the return until we have received and registered it. Make sure, always to save your delivery receipt with the tracking number. It may take up to 14 days for a return to arrive and be handled at our warehouse.
