If you wish to change the delivery information, it must be done before your order is packed. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible. If you have ordered to a parcel shop, it is only possible to change to another parcel shop.
To help us assist you more quickly in changing your information before your package is shipped, please write "Changing of information + your order number" in the subject line.
