If you have chosen home delivery, and the courier has been unable to deliver your package, it will automatically be sent to the nearest parcel shop. You will receive a new SMS or email with pick-up details.
For delivery to a parcel shop, you have 7 days to pick up your package. If the package is not collected within this period, it will automatically be returned to our warehouse, where a refund will be processed.
